Five Grooming Tips Every Man must Know of !

Five Grooming Tips Every Man must Know of !

You could be a successful professional raking in the moolah, flaunting  it away to glory, but if you look shabby, women will steer clear of you. We know you do not want that! So read on to know the secret of how to put across that well groomed look!
The trick isn’t to spend a fortune on a thousand different products, or to lock yourself in the bathroom for hours at a time. Rather, you should develop a daily routine that is quick, simple.
Never Delay your Visit to the Hairdresser
Grooming Tips
Many men wait for the ‘forlorn tugging of your locks’ stage before doing anything about it. If you feel your hair needs a cut, then there are chances other people also have noticed that about you. The trick is to be proactive.
Find your Signature Fragrance

Aftershave isn’t supposed to be loud or obvious. You may want people to stop and notice, but obviously not feel dizzy, smothered by the excess of fragrance. It should become a subtle part of your overall presence. Rather than owning 8-10 average quality fragrances you pick from each morning at random, find one or two classic ones you really like and invest in them. Typically woody, spicy or herby scents suit the winter months, while lighter, citrusy scents work best in spring and summer.
Scrub your Facegrooming-tips-scrub
They may sound like a woman-thing, but face scrubs are just textured face washes designed to get the dead skin off your face (particularly the nose, the most exposed part of your face). Use one on a Monday morning to scrub the weekend off your face and every other day of the week go for a plain face wash that’s less abrasive.
Manage your Facial Fuzz
Unless you’re planning to move out into the wilderness to find yourself, facial hair of any length needs to be tamed and maintained if you want to be taken seriously. You don’t have to spend much on a beard trimmer, so pick one up and get into a weekly habit of tidying up. Don’t, however, go too far.
Put your Best Foot Forward
They might not be on show much at this time of year, but a good foot care routine is still important. Take care of them after a bath or shower (when the skin is softest) using a pumice stone on any dead skin, before lathering a generous amount of moisturiser on.
With these quick tips on keeping yourself groomed, you can be sure to make that impression!

Why should Men Spend Time in Spa?

Why should Men Spend Time in Spa?

Our body is exposed to a great deal of pressure, by means of long working hours and maybe intense work out sessions. In the midst of all the trauma and drama, we need to bring balance in our daily activities to rejuvenate and come back with greater force. For those who have a tendency to soak themselves from head to toe with meetings, phone calls, assignments, projects, but in order to achieve a good body and a healthy mind, it is important that a significant amount of care is given to our peace of mind.

And spas are not just for the ladies– whoever said that only women need to focus on grooming and rejuvenation? Men today, are exploring these sides equally well.

The metrosexual, lumbarsexual and all types of sexuals– men too, must visit spas on a regular basis to keep the stress at bay and achieve a balanced lifestyle. Here are some of the reasons why men should be adding a healthy dose of relaxation to their routines:

The beauty of regular massages lies in their ability to relax the body along with toning it, adding luster and flexibility to the body. Whether you are suffering from insomnia, stress, body aches, joint pain, overexerted because of sports, there are a series of massages like sports massages, Balinese massage, trigger point massage, aromatherapy etc. which can be taken up based on one’s needs. The slow pressure helps in recovering faster with a better form.

Deep Cleanse it

If you are living in the metropolitan city, let’s face it, the pollution can be consuming. Deteriorating the quality of the skin, hair, lungs, the pollutants in the air are also detrimental to mental growth. Unclogging the pores, facials are a great way to refresh the skin, prevent acne and remove the dead skin. The bread facials are specially targeted towards adding hydration to the face and helps in keeping it clean. Women do not own the facial world. And men, if you still think this is too pink for you, what if we told you those facials help minimize wrinkles as well?

The Chinese methodology of acupuncture is successful in treating both big and small issues. Targeting stress, insomnia, migraine, headache, digestive disorders, tennis elbow, joint pain, and backache etc. needles can be a good thing for a change. Many people who have experienced this methodology have come up with positive feedback like the pain has disappeared, the body aches are gone and a natural face lift. The anatomic sites where the needles are inserted enhance the ability of the body to heal faster and make it possible to become healed and whole once again.

Scrub and exfoliation

Not just our face, even the body demands for deep cleansing and detoxification.

While eating right can cleanse the body internally for external purposes, it is important that body scrub treatments are undertaken to remove the dead skin and acne troubles. With the regular gym goers, the sweat can wreck havoc, but with scrubbing, each and every site can be worked on. Also, scrubbing enhances the blood flow, boosts hydration and keeps the skin young and lustrous. Men or women, who would not want these benefits.
Gone are the days when most lifestyle choices were seen in gendered terms- some routines fixed for women and certain others considered fit for men. Such thoughts are indeed  a passe, and now you know how…!

Body Scrub
Often when we visit spas our focus is on the massages while scrubs and wraps take a back seat. With this simple to make and easy to use body scrub, you can rinse yourself off of all the tiredness & feel refreshed in no time & very less money.
Things Needed- 1 cup or more raw sugar, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 lime
Use it- Mix all the ingredients well by hand or by spoon. The citrus smell of the lime with the cleaning agent mix is great for the body, whereas the sugar will exfoliate well the dead skin. Use it over the body and rub till you feel the need. Leave for a few minutes and take a shower.
Eye Relaxation techniques
Eyes, eyes baby! Both of these procedures have astringent effects on the skin. Where egg whites are rich in Vitamin B2 and riboflavin, chamomile is known to ease redness & puffiness on the skin. Green tea contains tannins, which also shrinks the swollen tissues.
Things Needed- Chamomile or green tea bags, which are steeped and cooled, and 1 egg white beaten
Use it- Both of these are separate forms of relaxation for the tired eyes. First apply the egg white under the eye and let it sit for 15 minutes Rinse it. Now, place the cooled tea bags on the eyes and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse it.
Foot Scrub
Foot scrubs can be a quick and a sure short way of achieving soft and silky ankles with soothing fragrance. We are using peppermint for the fragrance and sugar/salt as the scrubbing agent.
Things needed– 1 to2 cups of coarsest of sugar or Epsom salt, ½ cup coconut oil, peppermint essential oil (10 to 15 drops) and a few drops of the green color food agent.
Use it- Simply mix all the ingredients and seal in a glass jar with lid and keep it in the refrigerator. Apply on your foot once a week & massage well and rinse thoroughly.

Full Body Soak
This DIY idea is rather old but gold. Arranging candles around the tub and lighting incense to stimulate the senses where you spend some me time, is what we are talking about. The dark woody notes of lavender are good to cure insomnia, stress, PMS and headaches whereas chamomile is great for soothing the skin and hair. Rose is known for its properties for removing headaches, soothing the body and the relaxing the mind with invigorating fragrance.
Things Needed- incense stick (lavender, chamomile, lemongrass), candles to light up the atmosphere, essential oil whether lavender or rose or chamomile, some dried herbs of your choice and 2-3 spoons of Epsom salt.
Use it- Add all of the ingredients and enjoy a relaxed time in the tub to rejuvenate your senses.
Hair Spa
Our hair suffers torture everyday because of pollution & sweat. While we clean our face 2-3 times a day, our hair is allowed a cleansing 2-3 times week. We suggest trying this hair-conditioning mask, which will save the moolah on spa and help you achieve bouncy locks. Coconut oil is great for hair, which protects its denseness and richness whereas honey absorbs moisture well & helps the hair to retain the moisture.
Things Needed- 1-2 tsp of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 5 -6 drops of peppermint oil
Use it- Mix all the ingredients and apply it to damp hair. Keep the mask for 30 to 40 minutes before you shampoo.
